We are a diverse group that meets weekly for conversation in Spanish. Some meetings are planned around a theme or activity although often when we meet, the conversation takes on a life of its own and takes us in a different direction. Please be aware that this is not a class: it is a conversation group. We do not have a teacher!

We will meet every Tuesday at 6:00pm at UU St. Pete, 719 Arlington Avenue N. in St Petersburg. We converse in Spanish, try a little grammar, and even play games (the board kind). We have a variety of fun friendly folks to talk and learn with!

We also go out to a Latin - Hispanic restaurant once a month. We try to speak in Spanish with the waiters/waitresses. (That's the point, isn't it?)

We don't charge for membership, but we ask for a donation for the church that generously provides us meeting space, and also to cover the subscription for the MeetUp site.
